Love Yourself at Any Weight

I am okay just the way I am. My imperfections are an integral part of me. Feeling insecure has nothing to do with being a certain shape. It comes from the inside. That's what determines my vibrations. If I feel good about myself, my vibrations will reflect this, and as they emanate from me, others will receive them and react to me in the same way. If I accept myself exactly as I am, I will attract people who accept themselves as they are too. If I am true to myself, I will emanate sincerity, and others will respond to me in the same way.
When people put you down, it’s because they feel so bad about themselves that they need to punish someone, to hurt someone’s feelings. But words are only words. It’s how you feel inside that counts. Being yourself and loving yourself, and not caring about what others say, will build your self-esteem.
You are smart, talented, beautiful, and you can do anything you put your mind to. Refuse to submit to the ideal of perfection, so heavily promoted by the media.
Give your children the gift of a positive self-image by always telling them that they’re beautiful.
Celebrate your imperfections. And above all, celebrate your curves. Rejoice in your fatness and focus on being comfortable in your own skin.
Love yourself at any weight.
And read the book "Skinny Women are Evil" by Mo’Nique.
Bye for now,
Isa
